Notes
Went to the course to clean the acorns and sticks away. Spent another hour working on the Arb since Regionals is on it Saturday morning. Did one lap around the arb as a group to make sure everyone knows the course. Afterwards, Fritner and I extended out the back down to Windsor and up Lincoln. Went to Huff for strides and did some core later. Pasta party tonight too!
