Notes

For work today, I had to drive down to Nalco's second office, which is in Glenwood, which is less than 5 miles from the Indiana border. Went over to Brownwell Woods, a forest preserve like 10 min from the office. Pretty solid place to run. I first tried a trail that appeared to be packed dirt. It turned out to be more mud and trouble to try and run through. Fortunately, that ended after a little more than a mile at an flooded section of the trail. Back tracked and found a paved bike path. Got into a good groove there and felt better running than I have since I started back up. It started absolutely pouring on me in the last 2 miles, but that only made the run more fun! Got back and did leg strength and rolling under a pavilion in the preserve. There were two dude hanging out under there who said they woke up at like 3pm and came to the park and started drinking. They said they had finished an 18 pack of MGD. lol
