Quick turnaround back into this one, but had to get this out of the way before work. Planned to keep today shorter to give my legs a bit of a break. Grateful today was short because getting out of bed was tough. Felt pretty tired most of this. The only enjoyable part was the bit where I was actually running in the marsh. Really nice morning, sunny with no wind. Cold though, hoping this is my last run in tights for a while. Saw a coyote running through my neighborhood towards the end.
