Gorgeous day down in Chambana today. Sun was shining and the temps were warm. Started this off in just a short sleeve shirt and shorts, and ended up going shirtless by the end of the run. Pretty typical Monday out to Crystal. Still did the winter route outside the trail and extended into the graveyard. Good chat about all sorts of music stuff with Frintner. Good sized group today too! Pace felt pretty relaxed, legs were feeling good!
