5 Mile Progression Run

Got a text from Manaois to join him for this prog run, and after the busted workout on Monday, was happy to add in a bit of quality here. Ran this along the PP, starting out east for the first 1.5, then back west for the last 3.5. Unfortunately, we didn't realize until the turnaround that we had been running with a stiff wind at our backs. Made the majority of this workout a bit tougher than anticipated. Still ran a decent progression though. The original plan was for 6 miles, but we started off a bit quicker than planned, so this was the end result, which I was plenty happy with. Glad to have the company today, helped to get through a rough stretch at 6:05s that was feeling hard, before rolling the last mile and feeling really good.
