The goal for this run was to start off a little faster, so to get the same intensity with only 8 miles of pounding on the legs. We went out a little ambitiously with 6:05, but it felt surprisingly effortless even into the wind. As a whole the run went pretty well, although early on I had trouble finding any sort of rhythm. Eric, Fritner and I cut down well together after the second mile until we hit 7, which is where the group fell apart. My stomach did not agree with trying to move the last mile and Eric pulled away throughout the last mile. Still, I was able to give a good effort the last stretch. Added on mobility after the workout.
