Tried to get an early start on this in order to beat the heat and humidity, but it was gross out from the get-go. Started at 80+80% humidity and just got hotter from there. Ryan drove out to LZHS and met Cobert and I. We've been itching to do Biltmore/Signal Hill for weeks, and today was finally our chance. Made sure to take it out pretty conservatively due to the heat, and we never really got rolling quick. I was feeling pretty good considering the conditions through roughly 10. Stopped at Paulus for some water, which sat in my stomach like a rock. Last 2+ miles back were a death march. Yakked up the water afterwards, felt better a few minutes later. Happy with the time on feet on a tough day.
