Devil's Gulch
8 Mile PPM on an out and back course. First 4 are uphill, with the 4th mile being at like 9-10% grade. Then the last 4 are running back to where you started.
Placed 3rd overall in this one. Was in 1st at the top of the mountain, but absolutely killed myself on the way up. Crushed the hard 4th mile, but had nothing left on the way down. Pretty sure I positive split the run, even with the last 4 miles being down hill. Felt sick afterwards, didn't really eat for like 36 hours.
Went into Estes Park and got the night to ourselves. Got our first shower since Tuesday. Bought purple "Got Oxygen?" shirts with Trevor, Jon and Mackenzie
