Surprised myself with this workout. Decided it was time to bump up and start running with group 1 again. Asked around about what everyone else was thinking for this workouts, and thought people sounded pretty ambitious. 64" quarters kept getting thrown out. Seemed like some miscommunication on how the workout was supposed to be run. Anyways, that got sorted out fine once we got into the workout. I led reps 1,7, and 13. For the rest I would start at or near the back and try to get in a rhythm. The entire group would run on the inside line of lane 1, so I would just focus on my feelings, and move up on the outside of lane 1. First two were a little slower than desired as we got our feet wet, but then we got moving. At 4 I was already stating to feel it a little, and I complained a bunch about us going "too fast". It's really just my body not being used to hurting. At that point wanted to just make it through 10. Didn't really feel any worse from there out for the next 4-5 reps, and that's when I noticed that the workout was hard for everyone, not just me. Got pretty fired up then and finished strong. The group called it at 13, and we finished that one pretty hard. V happy with our quality of work here. First workout this season where I felt strong and confident out there. Ready for more work!

Side note: A group of 6 guys is way too big for that track. Not sure how I would do it, but that group should be split up somehow. Groups of 2-4 are ideal for these workouts IMO.
