Notes

Made the trek down to Swallow Cliff this AM to run with Ryan and Adam. First time running in this neck of the woods, honestly thought it was further away. Started at 7 to try and beat the heat. Never really got to hot, but it was hella humid. Probably didn't prepare too well for this and came in lacking fluids after the hot hiking yesterday.

First couple miles were a bit of a slog as my legs woke up a bit. The middle 7 miles I was feeling great, though I was totally soaked by this point. After one big yellow loop, Ryan split off and Cobert and I extended out to the Cal Sag trail. Started feeling dehydrated around 10 miles and let Cobert go on ahead. Turned back and shuffled my way home. Ran into Ryan again and ran the last mile with him which was very welcome company. Overall tough run, but got the time in. Really liked the trail, excited to come back again.

Brunch with the boys afterwards. Will roll and do mobility tonight.
