Woke up this morning and I'm pretty sure I thought it was like Tuesday morning. Took me a few minutes to realized I had to get up and run. Glad I did though, I've really missed Sunday long run. Group went out towards the classic HHL, but I turned off at Mattis. Ran north back to Green and took that back home. Perfect running weather out there, mid 50s and sunny. Started off pretty sore from standing at the Twilight meet all day yesterday, but felt great by the end. Looking forward to racing this weekend!
