MLR south on the Salt Creek with 10 sled hill loops (5 on the way out, 5 on the way back) and a loop around York Woods. Felt really solid out there. Went a bit quick on the first set of hills and was feeling it a bit on the back half of this run. Beautiful day and was just really happy to be out there feeling good and healthy.
