Update: running is still hard. Beautiful day though. Joined Justin and Bobby for the first half of their long run. I'll hopefully be on that train next week. We had to run around the LZ color run, which was a pretty sad looking color run. The people with paint looked like they were going to throw some at us, and I would have been really mad if they had. Felt pretty dead in the last couple of miles. Good long stretch afterwards.
