Notes
Met up at York with Ryan, Emma, and Frintner to run on the PP. Way out was nice and easy. Just hung in the back and chatted it up. Was planning for 10 again, but EB said she wanted 11, so agreed to go the extra mile. Started picking up the pace a bit on the way back. Felt good, though it never really got too spicy. Turned off with Emma to head back the school and left the boiz to hammer it out. Happy to feel that good at the end of the longest run I've done in a hot minute. Also v nice chatting with Ryan and Emma. Miss seeing them all the time.
Lower left leg still is tight. Felt it at the beginning, but after half way it was gone for the most part. Area as a whole was a bit more sore today, but restarted a sequence of heel drops yesterday, so kind of expected it. Going to keep an eye on it and try and be patient.
