Didn't get out the door this morning, and then kept pushing it off. Was kinda dreading this all day, even though it was a v short easy run. Hot and humid when I finally did go for this but could have been worse. Tried to run slow and did a pretty good job. Legs were sore from LR yesterday and I was exhausted. This really wasn't so bad though. Onto another week.
