First run in France! Here for the week for work. Got into the hotel after a long day of traveling as was tired and hungry. Went and grabbed some food with coworkers and watched some WC soccer. Finally got some motivation to get out the door. Hotel is in almost the center of the city/town. Didn't want to go far because I was tired and really didn't need the miles. Never really got too far from the hotel. Tried running loops at a nearby park, but it was crowded with people and had rolling hills. Then just started running away from the hotel and ended up running a mile up a huge hill. Came back down and did a loop around the block of the hotel.
Getting distance on these runs may be tough this week as the sidewalks are narrow and uneven and have cross-walks every 200 ft. Hopefully will be a bit less crowded in the mornings.
