Notes

Right achilles flared towards the end of yesterday's run. The culprit of this is likely doing a long run in old shoes on Sunday and then not doing any rolling or stretching afterwards. Oops

This is similar to what I had at the end of last track season and into the summer. Achilles seems to be in okay shape still, so going to take this cautiously and it should heal up without too much training lost. Fortunately I got a gym membership for my month at home so I'll be able to cross train.

Also going to get back on my routine of eccentric heel drops to strengthen the achilles
