Notes
Good run out to Crystal on a cold, snowy day. A small group of Frintner, Somerfield, Josh, Adam and I separated from the group and ran ahead. Ran into Ohio at the graveyard, and he joined us from there. Some parts (mainly the graveyard) were extremely icy and we had to just shuffle along. Came back the good way. Strides inside followed by core.
