Ryan is in town for a few days, so met up with him early this morning for a rare mid-week WFG loop. Between the good company and dropping temps, this was quite a nice run. Started to feel it a bit during the second half, but powered through. Surprised with the splits with how I've been running lately. Really nice time catching up with Ryan, wish we got to run together more often.
