Notes
Had tickets to the Schaumburg Boomers for a post-work function, so I was supposed to get up this morning and knock out a MLR. Overslept just a bit and didn't make it out, so just decided I'd run when I got home. Ended up pouring rain on us, so left around 7:15. By the time I got home and out the door, the rain had all but stopped. Went over to the Marsh and ran out to Citizens and back. Felt surprisingly good just cruising along in the dark. Opted to push ML to tomorrow because it was getting dangerously close to my bedtime.
Stretched back at home. Need to get in a good roll, my hips are tight.
