Easy run with the team out to CCC. A lot of people were doing a pre-meet, but the 5k at Nats isn't until Sunday. Originally planned to run further than this, but my legs were feeling pretty exhausted so decided to call it with no add on. The mood was very lively today, enjoyed conversation with Jack, Weem and Frintner mostly.
