Hoping this week marks the turning point of this small heel injury and a return to somewhat regular runs on the path to a full return to training. Heel felt solid during this, though a bit tight following. Run itself was pretty chill. Nice evening, a bit chilly heading east into the wind, but pretty perfect on the return journey. Exhausted by the end, need to be patient with the fitness, it'll come with consistency as long as the body can hold it together.
