Quick turnaround into this one due to a work dinner this evening. Switched my Tues and Thurs so I wouldn't have to work out early. Felt really good throughout the entire run. Was sleepy for the first 20', but afterwards all was good. Got the time in, still feeling strong.
8.0 => 9.3 up 0.1 every 5'. 1.0% incline the whole way
