Notes
Easy run out to the the marsh. Decided instead of doing an OnB to go through Citizens Park. Came back down Lake Zurich Rd. and turned onto Cuba Rd. Added on a bit down Rainbow Rd before heading home. Felt alright. Obviously not in very good shape right now, but running isn't impossible, so I'm starting in a better place than I have the past few summers. Hills down Rainbow were hard. Otherwise, this was a very pleasant run.
