Typical Monday Crystal. We started off real slow, and slowed down again once we got into the woods. Smaller group added on into the cemetery. Felt really relaxed throughout. Stopped at Huff for strides and then added on around the 6-Pack with Frintner before core. Got swiped into the Ike afterwards which was dope.
