Notes
Made the trek out to Waterfall Glen to meet up with some folk for a run. Crew who showed up was Ryan, Emma, Anneliese, Muneeb, and Leonel. Ended up running with just Ryan. We cruised around the loop, really focusing on staying relaxed. It was a perfect morning for a run, and there were a lot of others out on the trail. Got back to the trail head and added on another ~10' solo to get up to 11 miles. Happy to take advantage of such a beautiful morning, hope we get a few more of these before summer sets in.
Did some light stretching after the run. Need to start working in supplemental work into my routine.
