Late night last night coupled with too much senior design work to do today led to me taking the day off. Legs were pretty sore from yesterday, so I probably should have gone for some sort of run to loosen them up.
Decided to end my season with the races yesterday. Didn't hit most of the goals I set for myself this season, but did accomplish the most important one: staying healthy and running an entire track season.
Plan for the next few weeks is to run a bit, and take a few days off and get the legs feeling fresh. Will start up training again after graduation, and hopefully get build up the mileage and get hell fit for _______.
