Lucian Rosa Invite at UW-Parkside. Good race today. Wanted to go out with Greg, and did for the first mile and three quarters before I fell back about 5-10 meters. Split around 5:12/10:15/15:40/21:05 (?). Ended up passing him back going up the big hill the second time. Got a little complacent in the middle few k's and definitely could have pushed harder there. Had a strong finish, but got caught at the line by a Michigan Tech guy at the line. Overall, pretty solid race on a tough course. Finished as the team's one. Really excited for regionals and nationals coming up!
