Notes
Met up with Frintner after work at his house. He took me on another EG loop. This one wasn't my favorite, we ran a good chunk of the run along the side of RT83. It was a nice big loop though, so can't complain too much. Spent most of the run re-counting my weekend in Columbus. Legs were feeling pretty good. Tried to keep the pace under control heading into the workout tomorrow. It was real warm out, but I didn't mind too much.
