EZ Sunday run to finish up the week. Felt really tired this morning, so ended up taking this pretty slow, mostly unintentionally. Just tried to feel comfortable and get this done. Ran the Lapp Loop, nothing too exciting happened. Heel was a bit stiffer today after feeling really good yesterday.
