Solo run out and around Chestnut Corners. Had a meeting with a customer in Davenport at noon today, so spent pretty much the whole day in the car driving to/from Iowa. Pretty exhausted when I got home, and it was spitting rain and cold so motivation was low. Originally only was planning to do less than 45'. Once I got going though, I started to de-stress and felt good. Did the normal short loop then added on closer to the house.
Watch was having issues connecting and was pretty generous on the first two miles. Def didn't run 6:17 and 6:24. Probably closer to the 6:40s I was running the rest of the way. Distance is a bit over estimated as a result
