Easy run with Greg after a late night at Gadz's cabin. Greg did 10' OnB with me, then I did another 10' OnB solo the exact same way. Felt like absolute garbage for the first 10'. Hit the first mile in 7:35 and felt like I'd never be able to run faster again. Started to feel better after dropping Greg off at the cabin, and felt pretty normal the last 10+ min. Really nice catching up with OG, looking forward to him moving back to Chicago.
