4x9' at TP + 4x400 at 3k

This went really well! Got back to campus a little before noon. It was much warmer than it has been the last few weeks, so I decided to go with shorts for this one. Focused on staying relaxed at the beginning of each rep and then pushing more the second half. During the third one, my Cravings wasn't sitting too well in my stomach, but the feeling went away for the last rep. Really glad to have a good effort from today, I felt like I haven't had a good workout in almost 2 weeks! It's good to be back in Champaign.
