Notes
Rough run this afternoon. Stomach was in knots from lunch at work today, not sure exactly why. Ran out to Citizen's. It was warm, but I was feeling good. Coming back towards home I just felt terrible though. Made a pit stop, but didn't help too much. Got through it. Onto tomorrow.
