Back on the workout train. Nearly perfect day for running. Right around 60 and sunny. There was a pretty stiff wind blowing that kept it cool. Wanted to make sure I didn't get out too hard only to crash and burn, so ran the first rep fairly conservatively. Pushed a bit on 3, and was hurting a bit on the last two. Finished rep 5 pretty hard, felt good to push a bit. The Acorn hills were tough, but managed pretty well. Happy with this being my first workout in a while.
