Pretty standard run out to Crystal today. Most of the group turned left inside the forest preserve, but JZ, Hotman, and I went right out and added on in the cemetery and took the rest of the run by ourselves. A nice easy relaxed run. Started to break in my new shoes today, and they felt great! Strides at Huff and then most of the core routine afterwards.
