Jogging on the treadmill this morning. Kinda dragged, but we got the time in. Right calf was tight and pulling on my heel, which didn't feel great. Stopped at 4', massaged it out and the rest of the run went fine. Need a good roll tonight.

Started at 8.0, up 0.1 every 5'. Incline at 0%

Heel drops before, rolled calves afterwards.
