Team run out to Crystal. First time there since like February. Started with a big group and crawled the first bit. Slowly picked up the pace as we went along. Went around the forest and came back through the entrance. Took a different way back than usual, but it was alright. Came a long way down University and it was pretty stop and go from there on out. Strides at Huff and then added on alone around the Ike. Had to skip core due to a meeting at 6. Really humid run today. Also, felt weak, probably due to the fact I didn't really eat or hydrate all day. Need to be better with the race coming up on Friday.
