Stationary Ride at the apartment gym. Resistance 8 the whole time. Nice to reset and get a good sweat in after skipping the past few days. Felt good to work, but legs weren't as smooth as I'd like. Need to be more consistent with these rides until I'm ready to run (hopefully soon!).
