MLR out down Rainbow to Biltmore. Scooped up Cobert on the way out. Happy to have the company. Spent most of the run catching up after not seeing each other for two weeks! Run itself went by quickly. Legs were feeling good, most likely from only 20 min of work yesterday. Temps were a bit cooler as well which was very welcome. Glad to get the time in, now just taking it easy and getting ready to race Saturday.
