Good run with Eric and Frintner this morning. Went out to Parkland and enjoyed the warmish weather and even the slight rain. Had some really good conversation, it was very lively this morning. Frintner and I added on down to PAR to make the route a full 14. I'm gonna try and make it to 8:30 long run next week!
