Back home, and hopefully back into a routine of regular running. Went after work today. Saw warm temps and went in shorts. Didn't realize how windy it was, and ended up freezing for the first bit of this. Turned out of the wind and finally warmed up a bit. Ended up rolling pretty quickly, though it was effortless. Honestly the best I've felt running this pace in a long time. Maybe its being fresh after a week off or getting to run in complete sunlight thanks to daylight savings?
