Notes
Easy out to Crystal. Kept it nice and relaxed. Felt pretty good throughout. Right calf a bit tight, but achilles is still holding strong. Good conversations throughout, mostly with Frintner, Somerfield, Weem and Justin. Decided to go out and do the cemetery extension so I wouldn't have to run back alone. Feeling tired from school stuff. Looking forward to getting some sleep this week.
Strides and core afterwards. Prime roll out back at home. Loosened up the calf nicely.
