Solo easy run out to Statues. Put this one off as long as possible because I was really tired. Finally got out the door and had a very nice run. It was a beautiful day out, absolutely perfect running weather. Meadowbrook was poppin. So many dogs and kids riding bikes and families walking. So many people it was actually a hassle to weave in between everyone. Still couldn't kill the mood of a beautiful day though! Calves were pretty tight/sore from the race last night. Right IT band continued to be really tight. Should have rolled out and stretched before driving home last night.
Stopped for strides. Rolled out at home.
