LR back on the hilly roads of Barrington with Frintner. Both of us were looking for 15, which is about as long as you can go without being able to do the full loop, so just did one long OnB. Honestly, the way out flew by and we were turning before I knew it. Probably because there was a lot to talk about. Way back wasn't as smooth. Both Frintner and I were dragging the last few miles, but we made it through. Glad to have the company or this probably wouldn't have happened today. After all these hills, Champaign is gonna feel like a pancake.
Could feel my right Achilles a bit the last few miles too, but think it was mostly due to tired calves from all the hills.
Rolled and relaxed the rest of the day.
