First run since Monday. I've been trying to be very cautious with this foot pain. Hadn't really felt much pain walking around so I thought I'd give it a go. Foot was alright. Felt almost normal on solid group, but really didn't feel good on grass or uneven surfaces, like the Arb. Did a loop down Lincoln to Windsor and then back up race before watching the rest of the workout. Good day for everyone it seemed. Hopefully I keep progressing and be back out there soon.
