Notes
First run back on campus with the club! It was raining all day, and rained throughout this run. Despite the cold rain, it was relatively warm out,so the temp overall wasn't too cold. Spent most of this run floating around catching up with people and hearing about their breaks. Talked a lot with Muneeb about his Louisiana trip and Quinn about visiting his grandparents Florida. Ended up recounting the events of post-nats with Frintner and Quinn for a while too. It got dark really fast,and the last few miles were pretty slow with the slick roads and how dark it was. Came back and did some strides and core after.
