Solid workout this afternoon. Treating this training upcoming training block as my opportunity to get back to the basics and really build fitness from the ground up. Today was a good first step. Pretty simple effort, but got out there and pushed myself a bit. Never reached for anything on this, but was pretty tired by the end. Towards the end of the threshold reps I was huffing and had some aerobic strain, but my legs felt fantastic. Long way to go, but gotta take the first step forward at some point.
