7 Mile Progression Run

Really meh workout today. There was a strong wind out of the south which made miles 1, 4, and 7 tough. Lower shins/calves were also tight, I'd assume from it being my first workout in these shoes. Ran the last 1.5 without Greg. Did the 7th mile half out and back, so at least I had the wind at my back for a strong finish. Mobility back at the Armory afterwards.
