2k at Threshold (1'), 6-8 x 800m at 3k Pace (90"), 300 all out
Happy with this workout. Did it mainly with Ryan and Arturo. Switched off leading reps. I had 2, 5, and 8. Took a couple of reps to get settled in, but the second half was v consistent. Felt smooth the whole time, even when getting tired on the second half of each rep. Real glad Ryan and I stuck out the last one. 300 at the end felt awesome. Haven't moved that fast in a while.
